"I brought in a Seiko that had been sitting in a drawer for two years, crown stiff and probably in need of a proper look. Kasem was straightforward about what it needed, and they completed the work in three days. The crown feels like new. I liked that nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't come in for."

"Had the bracelet on my dad's old watch restored. It had been rattling for years and we'd never got round to having it sorted. The team spent time explaining what they'd do before starting, which I appreciated. The watch came back fitting properly. Only comment is that three days stretched to five, though they did message to let me know."

"The full service on my ETA automatic took about two and a half weeks, which is exactly what they told me it would. The timing report was a nice touch — I've had watches serviced elsewhere and never received anything like that in writing. It was running +9 seconds a day when I brought it in. It came back at +2."

"I'd been nervous about leaving my grandfather's watch anywhere. When I explained this to Nattapong, he showed me how they log and store each piece — that helped. The full service took about three weeks, and the written notes they gave me are something I'll keep in the box. The watch is running well."

"Bracelet restoration on a vintage piece. It wasn't in bad shape but the links had developed a bit of play over the years. Siriporn was the one who did the work, and she explained each step clearly when I collected. The band sits firmly now. Good work at a fair price."

"Came in for a crown repair on a diver that was getting stiff after some years of use. They were honest that it might also benefit from a full service eventually, but didn't push for it. Just did the crown work, came back in two days, all working well. I'll come back for the service when I'm ready."

Full Service — Automatic Movement

A watch running fifteen seconds slow each day

The Situation

The client's automatic had not been serviced in seven years. It was losing around fifteen seconds daily, and the winding response felt sluggish — a common sign that the lubricants had aged.

What Was Done

Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, inspection under magnification, re-lubrication at correct points, and timing tests across six positions. One worn part was found and replaced with the client's agreement.

The Outcome

The movement came back running at +3 seconds per day across all positions. The timing report went home with the watch. The client has since brought in a second piece from their collection.

"The report was a first for me — I've had four or five services done over the years and never received anything like that before." — TC, Bangkok
Bracelet Restoration — Vintage Steel

A 1970s bracelet given back its structure

The Situation

A bracelet from the mid-1970s with several stretched links and two loose end pins. The watch had been inherited and hadn't been worn properly in years due to the uncomfortable fit.

What Was Done

Individual link assessment, pin replacement at three points, careful easing of the stretched sections, and light brushing of the finish to even out surface wear. Resized to the new owner's wrist.

The Outcome

The bracelet now sits flush and firm, without the rattle that had made wearing it uncomfortable. The client has begun wearing the watch daily.

"It was my father's. I just wanted it to sit properly on the wrist again — and it does." — WP, Nonthaburi
