Crown and Stem Repair

The crown and stem are the parts you use every time you set or wind your watch. When they wear — which they do gradually with use — the winding feels stiff, the setting feels loose, or both. Left unattended, a worn tube or damaged stem can allow moisture to enter the case.
We assess the worn components, replace the crown and stem where needed, regrease the tube, and reseal the crown thread. The case tube is gently cleaned as part of the work. You get the watch back winding and setting smoothly, with the moisture protection restored.

Bracelet Restoration

Metal bracelets stretch and loosen with wear. Links separate, pins work loose, and the overall fit on the wrist becomes sloppy. This is especially common on bracelets that have been adjusted many times, or on older watches where the spring pins have fatigued.
We ease stretched links, replace or retighten worn pins, refresh the finish where appropriate, and resize the bracelet to your wrist before return. The result is a bracelet that sits as it should — snug, level, and quiet on the wrist rather than rattling against your arm.

Full Service & Inspection

Automatic movements are designed to last for decades — but only with periodic servicing. Lubricants dry or migrate, worn parts begin to affect timing, and seals harden. A full service addresses all of this in a single visit rather than treating symptoms one at a time.
The movement is disassembled completely, cleaned ultrasonically, inspected under magnification, re-lubricated at correct points, and reassembled. The timing is then tested across multiple positions using a timing machine, and the seals are checked and replaced where worn. You receive a written report of the findings and the timing results.
